Do my customers need an account to vote?
No. Votes accept either an authenticated workspace member or a verified email. You control which signal sources are accepted per board.
Can I use my own domain for the public boards?
Yes. Set a CNAME and Helix provisions the certificate. Free plans use a helix.dev subdomain.
How does pricing scale with seats?
Per workspace, not per seat. Bring the whole product team in without per-head pricing.
Is there an API?
Yes. REST plus webhook. The roadmap and changelog are both readable and writable, so you can sync ideas from any inbox you already run.
Do you have an SSO option?
Yes on Growth and above. SAML and SCIM with Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, and JumpCloud.
Can I export my data?
Anytime. CSV for ideas/votes and JSON for the full graph. Cancel-and-leave is one click in workspace settings.
